"Alexis was AMAZING to work with. She made everything so easy from booking to check out. I've traveled with my dogs previously and booked everything myself and it was so nice to have someone to handle all the conversations about "dog friendliness" of the hotel. And she even had the hotel leave us the cutest welcome note and goodies from Salt Lake in our room. After a long day of driving, it was so needed! "Alexis and I initially met as colleagues, where I gained an immediate respect for her professionalism, knowledge, and skill. After we had both left the company, we kept in touch, and I mentioned to her that we had a wedding coming up. After chatting about the (unplanned) details, Alexis mentioned that she had a lot of contacts in NYC that would be able to help make our day as special as we wanted. On a quick agreement, she immediately sprung into action, and within days, had set up multiple options and points of contact. Additionally, she was able to get us access to a venue that we literally stated was our number one location and had jokingly mentioned that there was no way we would be able to make it happen. Fortunately, Alexis knew just the person to call to turn an off-hand comment into reality.
The planning experience with Alexis was perfect. It was seamless, stress free, and extremely accommodating. We gave her some ideas of what we were looking for, and even with my vague wishes, she was able to put together a venue, dinner, and penthouse room stay in record time. Additionally, her recommendations for a photographer as well as a person to assist on the day were extremely welcome and both of her referrals did a wonderful job.
We could not have asked for a more perfect day. We were able to celebrate with a small gathering in the setting that my wife had as her #1 choice, and Alexis’ meticulous planning ensured that everyone had an amazing time.
